There is a rotating list of resi- dent speakers who give a devotion at each meeting. Come enjoy coffee and fellow- ship with us each week. Dec 2: Annunciation Greek Orthodox Caroler Join the Carolers from Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church for Chritmas Carols at 4:00 pm in the Lobby. Dec 2: Lindenwood Church: A Spectacular Christmas Performers include The Lindenwood Chancel Choir, Orchestra, Soloists, Pi- anist Mark Ensley, and Organist-Con- ductor Chris Nemec, who will entertain with the Golightly Memorial Pipe Organ. Dec 3: Get Fit with Oasis Coordinator Mary Hand Advanced Water Aerobics classes will be held on Mondays & Wednesdays at 8:30 am. Basic and Beginning Water Aerobics is on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 9:30 am. Men’s Water Aerobics are held on Tues- days &Thursdays at 8:30 am. Arthritis Sit/ Stand classes are on Tuesdays & Thurs- days at 11:00 am in the PAC. Dec 3: First Monday Poetry Group Come to listen; come to read; come to re- cite from memory. Check out “The Poet’s Corner” on the post office bulletin board where a residential poet will be featured. We meet the first Monday of every month in the Ante Room at 10:00 am. Dec 3: Focus on Color Coloring books are incredibly simple, portable, easy to pick up and put down, and a colored–in page takes up almost no space. So come to the Arts & Crafts Room the first and third Monday at 10:00 am. Dec 3: Mahjong Join in and play Mahjong every Monday at 1:15 pm in the SCR. Dec 3: Game Play Group Like to play games? Bridget is now dedication half of the class to new stu- dents and the second half to refresh and teach advanced folks. Dec 5: The Holiday Dumped and depressed, English rose Iris agrees to swap homes with similarly un- lucky in love Californian Amanda for a much-needed break. Iris finds herself in a palatial Hollywood mansion while Aman- da navigates the lanes of a picture-perfect English village. Dec 5: Virtual Wii Bowling Come join the fun every Wednesday after- noon at 2:00 pm in the Large Card Room. Dec 6: Bible Study with Dave Phillips Join Germantown Church of Christ’s Dave Phillips as he leads a group Bible Study every Thursday at 10:00 am in the Chapel. Dave is a great teacher and speak- er. All denominations invited. Dec 6: It Happened on 5th Ave While rich businessman Mike O’Connor resides in Virginia, his luxury townhouse in New York City appears vacant. How- ever, in reality, drifter Aloysius “Mac” McKeever has been staying there. Mac invites Jim, an unemployed veteran who has just been evicted from a building owned by O’Connor, to stay at the house without revealing he’s squatting. When O’Connor’s daughter, Trudy, shows up as well, she falls for Jim and tries to help him. Showtime 1:30 pm.
