All denominations invited. Dec 5: Rockford Files Jim Rockford is an ex-con and private detective. He was falsely convicted of a crime he didn’t commit, but that doesn’t stop him from using his ex-con buddies to help him solve crimes. The Rockford Files will be played every Thursday at 1:30 pm. Dec 6: Art with Helen Whether you are already an artist or would like to learn, join teacher Helen Gaines on Fridays at 10:00 am in the Arts & Crafts Room. Dec 6: Ridgeway High School Band and Chorus Be sure to come down to the Lobby and enjoy a plethora of songs and melodies performed by this talented group of stu- dents, along with their Band Director, Adam Alter as they bring us some holi- day delight. Dec 7: Men’s Christian Fellowship The Men’s Christian Fellowship meets every Saturday morning in the Ante Room at 7:30 am. There is a rotating list of resident speakers who give a devo- tion at each meeting. Come enjoy coffee and fellowship with us each week. Dec 10: Steppin' Out Dancers Join our favorite tappers as they en- tertain us with their annual Christmas Program. Don’t miss this talented group at 2:30 pm in the PAC. Dec 10: Estates Christmas Party Join everyone in the Lobby and the din- ing room for one of our biggest parties of the year. Festivities are from 4:00 to 6:00 pm. So dress in your holiday best and be ready for an evening of Christ- mas cheer and piano music with Jon Felix. Don’t forget to get your picture taken with Santa! Dec 12: 1st Generation Singers Join this wonderful group of singers from Christ United Methodist Church as they present us with a wonder Christ- mas program in the Lobby at 2:00 pm. Dec 13: Musicwith Just Friends Just Friends Band members Larry Tyler, Kelley Walker and Wes Walker will de- light audiences with skilled renditions of pop, jazz standards, rock, country, and gospel. Larry Tyler is skilled on both guitar and keyboard and provides vo- cals on a wide repertoire of material, in- cluding pop, jazz standards, rock, coun- try, and gospel. Wes Walker plays the saxophone, flute, and clarinet and has performed professionally around the region for the past 30 years, including in productions of West Side Story, Will Rogers Follies, A Chorus Line, and The King and I. Wes has backed prominent entertainers, including Johnny Mathis, Burt Bachrach, Wayne Newton, The Temptations, The Four Tops, and the Tommy Dorsey Band. Wes’s experience includes the Memphis Jazz Orches- tra and the Memphis Symphony Pops Concerts. Kelley Walker has performed around the Memphis area for over 30 years with various bands, singing rock and roll, old standards and top 40 hits in venues including the Peabody Hotel, The Memphis Country Club, and Mud Island. Come join this dynamic group at 6:00 pm in the Lobby. Dec 14: Acclamation Brass Come down to the Lobby and enjoy Christmas Music with our friends “Ac- clamation Brass”. They will be play- ing instruments in a variety of musical genres. You are sure to have a great time! Meet them in the Lobby at 3:00 pm. Dec 15: Bellevue Baptist Singing Christmas Tree Hope in the bus and go down see the Bel- levue Baptist Singing Christmas Tree. It is always a great treat.
