Congratulations to our EMPLOYEE of the Month MARQUAVIOUS GOODMAN Security Guard Marq has been on the security team since May of 2019. He has a very good positive attitude while dealing with the residents, guests and employees. There are a few incidents that I can recall with Marq assisting residents. He was making rounds one night, when he heard someone call for help! He found a resident lying in the stairwell. He contacted the front desk to call 911 and stayed there with her until the ambulance arrived.
