Appointments required. Jun 1: Entertainer’s Chorus Join the Entertainers every Tuesday at 1:00 pm in the Chapel to sing and fel- lowship. They are always looking for new members so if you enjoy singing go and check them out. Jun 1: BUNKO Join this fun group of folks every Tues- day at 1:30 pm in the LCR for the great game of BUNKO. Jun 1: Honest Thief Tom Carter has led a life of crime as the “In-and-Out-Bandit”, a name coined by authorities as he’s robbed $9 million from small-town banks. After falling in love with Annie Sumpter, Tom decides to turn himself to the FBI. However, the FBI unknowingly sends in agents John Nivens and Ramon Hall, both of whom are corrupt, dirty and are willing to get what they deserve. Bring your own to share or join in with someone already there! Meets in the LCR every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 1:30 pm. Jun 2: Get Fit with Oasis Coordinator Mary Hand Advanced Water Aerobics classes will be held on Mondays & Wednesdays at 8:30 am. Basic and Beginning Water Aerobics is on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 9:30 am. Men’s Water Aerobics are held on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 8:30 am. Arthritis Sit/Stand classes are on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 11:00 am in the PAC. Yoga Strech is on Live TV 10 at 12:45 pm Monday and Wednesdays. Folks are not allowed in her classes at this time. Jun 2: Yoga Stretch Yoga is known to have a wide range of benefits. This is not advanced so don’t worry about getting on the floor and not being able to get up. You will be sitting in a chair or standing. Class is every Monday & Wednesday at 12:45 pm in the PAC and on Live TV 10. Jun 5: Bridge Club Starting Wednesday May 5 bridge will begin at 6:30 pm on Wednesday nights. If you would like to join in please sign the book downstairs by noon onWednesdays. Being gallant on the pier, he befriends college student Savannah, a college student, and her buddies, a ter- minal father and his angelic son. John falls in love with Savannah, who diagno- ses his beloved, gentle but weird father as mildly autistic. Jun 3: Bible Study with Dave Phillips Join Germantown Church of Christ’s Dave Phillips as he leads a group Bible Study every Thursday at 10:00 am in the PAC and Live TV 10. All denominations invited. Jun 3: Downton Abbey A chronicle of the lives of the British aristocratic Crawley family and their servants in the early twentieth century. Showtime will be Thursdays at 1:30 pm. Jun 4: Art with Helen Whether you are already an artist or would like to learn, join teacher Helen Gaines on Fridays at 10:00 am in the Arts & Crafts Room. Jun 4: Music and Comedy with Al Mahan Al Mahan performs hundreds of con- certs for seniors every year. With his unique presentation filled with humor, impersonations, parodies and sing- alongs, Al’s concerts prove to be a most enjoyable time filled with laughter, sing- ing, nostalgia and inspiration. 6:00 pm in the Lobby. Jun 5: Men’s Christian Fellowship The Men’s Christian Fellowship meets ev- ery Saturday morning in the Large Card Room at 8:00 am. There is a rotating list of resident speakers who give a devotion at each meeting. Come enjoy coffee and fellowship with us each week. Larry McK- enzie is Program Leader. All men are wel- come and encouraged to attend. Jun 7: Poetry Group Come to listen; come to read; come to recite from memory. Everyone is wel- come. Check out “The Poet’s Corner” on the post office bulletin board where a residential poet will be featured each month. We meet the first Monday of ev- ery month in the Chapel at 10:00 am.
