We will be taking the classic Guiness Stout, reducing it with Herbs and Spices and finishing it with a fantastic aged Irish Cheddar. CORNED BEEF AND CABBAGE The traditional classic, with a bit of a twist. Slow cooked and shredded Corned Beef with braised Cabbage and Potato Pancakes.
