Garden Gro’ers
Club Meeting
You don’t need a green thumb to be a
member of this busy group. Spring is
here and the Gro’ers will be tending,
fertilizing and watering their seedlings.
With the help of the new Personal To-
mato Trellis, they anticipate the har-
vest of the first tomato by July the 1st.

Resident Association
Meeting
Come to the Resident AssociationMeet-
ing at 2:00 PM in the PAC. Featured
speaker is Jonathan Martin, a partner
with the Hardison Law Firm. He will
be giving a brief seminar to show how
to let healthcare providers and others
pass on the resident’s wishes for future
medical treatment, and how to appoint
an alternate decision maker. He will also
cover TN law on the appointment of a
medical surrogate decision maker-- and
what can happen if the resident has not
appointed someone in advance.

formance of “Harvey”. Elwood P. Dowd
is inseparable from his best friend and
confident, Harvey, a six-foot one plus

The Memphis Symphony’s Woodwind
Quintet will be presenting a special con-

IPC Ballet
Recital
IPC Ballet is excited to share its Spring
Ballet Recital with the residents of Kirby
Pines on at 6:30 pm in the Performing
Arts Center. The performance is in-
spired by Nehemiah 9:6 which describes
God’s creation and the worship of the
creator. Students ages 3-15 will dance
in 10 pieces ranging from ‘Bunnies’ to
‘
Mountains & Valleys’ to ‘Angels’.

ing detail in Beavers, originally made
for IMAX theaters. Acclaimed IMAX
cinematographer Andy Kitzanuks cap-
tures the beavers hard at work designing
complex dams, communities and apart-
ment dwellings in their element, the Ca-
nadian Rockies. Will be shown at 10:00
